Formerly the ways we used for business communication are replacing due to Technological development and new different flexible alternatives are taking places i.e. phones, emails and internet are became the apex of business communication and informal communication as well. In early ages which required interpersonal skills i.e. face to face interactions and letter writings are replacing with technology alternatives which have positive and negative aspects as well.
